The Story
Denim is the backbone of a real wardrobe, so we gave ours a mevqory detail: a raw ruffle at the ankle. Light Wash Ruffle-Hem Straight is cut high on the waist with a straight leg that skims the thigh and falls cleanly to the ankle, in a comfort denim that moves with you instead of against you.
About This Piece
The rise sits at the natural waist — high enough to tuck a blouse into, flat enough to sit smoothly under a cropped knit. You get classic five-pocket styling, a zip fly with a branded shank button, and belt loops cut wide enough for a real belt. The back yoke is shaped to lift and define, and the waistband is interlined so it will not fold over.
The denim is a soft light-wash cotton with 2% elastane: enough give to sit, cycle and climb stairs comfortably, not enough to stretch out by the end of the day. The wash is a clean, even light indigo with subtle whiskering at the hip that reads lived-in rather than distressed.
