The terms that apply when shopping with mevqory™.

1. Store Information

mevqory™ is operated by Beijing RuisiHua Technology Co., Ltd. These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through mevqory.com.

2. Products and Prices

Product information, prices, availability, and applicable offers are displayed on the website or during checkout. Where permitted by applicable law, obvious pricing or typographical errors may be corrected.

3. Orders

Orders may be reviewed for payment authorization, product availability, delivery restrictions, or suspected fraudulent activity. If an order cannot be fulfilled, an appropriate cancellation or refund will be provided.

4. Payment

Available payment methods are shown during checkout. Payment information may be processed by authorized third-party payment providers.

5. Processing and Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery is typically 7–15 business days after dispatch.

6. Cancellations and Changes

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request an order cancellation, address correction, or other change. Such requests can only be accommodated before fulfillment or shipment when operationally possible.

7. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its product description, please contact us promptly with the order information and supporting photographs where relevant.
